Manufacturing Capabilities Overview

Seaway Ship Services operates one of Turkey's most comprehensive marine equipment fabrication facilities, capable of producing the full spectrum of specialized equipment required for vessel construction, conversion and repair projects. Our Yalova shipyard combines advanced manufacturing infrastructure with decades of maritime engineering expertise, enabling us to deliver custom-fabricated equipment that meets the exacting standards of international classification societies and vessel operators worldwide. From precision-machined mooring equipment to complex pressure vessels and specialized deck fittings, our production capabilities span every category of marine hardware essential to modern vessel operations.

The foundation of our manufacturing excellence lies in integrated capabilities that few marine fabricators can match. Our facility houses CNC plasma cutting tables for precision steel plate processing, heavy-duty press brakes for complex forming operations, advanced welding bays equipped for multiple processes including GMAW, FCAW and GTAW techniques, precision machining centers for critical tolerance work, sandblasting and coating application facilities meeting NACE standards, hydrostatic testing equipment for pressure vessel validation and comprehensive quality control infrastructure including NDT capabilities. This complete in-house capability eliminates dependency on external suppliers, accelerating production timelines while maintaining absolute control over quality at every manufacturing stage.

Our production portfolio demonstrates versatility across multiple equipment categories essential to vessel operations. We manufacture mooring equipment including bollards, chocks, fairleads and roller assemblies designed to withstand extreme loads during berthing and at-sea operations. Our pressure vessel fabrication capabilities produce mud boxes, ballast tanks, expansion tanks and specialized fluid handling equipment built to classification society pressure vessel codes. Deck equipment production encompasses manholes with quick-action closures, watertight doors, scuttles and access hatches engineered for marine environments. Piping fabrication services deliver custom pipe sections, flanged connections, expansion joints and complex piping assemblies. Additionally, we produce specialized equipment including anchor handling gear, towing equipment, cargo handling systems and custom-engineered solutions for unique vessel requirements. Every product leaving our facility carries full material traceability, comprehensive test documentation and classification society approval where applicable.
